I initially travelled on the Friday evening (3.3.2017) to stay with some family in the area. Saturday morning came round soon enough, I was picked up by the host of the show's mum. Which was excellent, since we both have the same name. And she was super nice!
The hall was situated in a spectacular part of the English countryside, and a rather lovely hall at that!
I mananged to get two qualified in OF. I was pleasantly surprised by one of them and the other usually qualifies, so it was no surprise. The classes were large, so placing at all was difficult. A lot of good horses and some wonderfully unique breeds. I'm a stickler for unique breeds and I'm always trying to figure and find new ones!
All in all I had a lovely day, filled with plastic ponies, giggling with old and new friends and obviously spending obscene amounts of money on plastic...
